Dear Stephan Re: Thank You I would like to thank you for the great job you did with the removal of my old carpet and installation of my new carpet last month. When I first visited your store and spoke to you of my carpet requirements, I was immediately impressed by your professional manner, and your willingness to focus your attention on addressing both my carpet requirements (using factory specials was a great suggestion) and the logistic issues involved. This required removing the old carpet prior to other renovations being completed, and then installing the new carpet on a different date once these works were completed.
As I work, the rest of our contact was via the telephone and again I was impressed with your regular communication when measuring for a quote, removing the old carpet and then installing the new carpet. I also really appreciate the personal attention and effort you took to make suggestions on how some things could be done in a better way, and your mdown to earth manner.
The entire process was easy and efficient, there was a minimum of fuss, and in addition there was no need for me to take time off from work to be there. My career background is in a client service industry and your client service exceeded my expectations. The job was not a high dollar one, but I felt like an important customer throughout. I certainly feel like a happy customer now & would not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and family. Thank you for doing the job so well, it was a pleasure doing busines with you.

Dear Stephan,your carpet team came to my home last Monday.
I still can't get over how wonderfull they were, how hard they worked moving all of my heavy furniture and nothing was a problem for them. Most of all their honesty, they found $1,200 under my mattress.
I am still very emotional and overwhelmed by them for handing it to me, I would never have known it was there.
I think it was the money Prime minister Rudd gave us last year?
They could have kept it. Yesterday when I was putting things into place I found a large jar with $2 coins, I did not know I had that either, could have been my son's from years ago?
I have told everyone about them and will do so forever, as I had lost faith in the human race till Monday.
I will be forever grateful to these beautiful young men, it is not often that there are honest people around.
Their parents must be so very proud of them and can be trusted anywhere it is such a good feeling.
The place looks very nice they did a great job!
I hope they have a good healthy life and become millionaire's, they deserve it all.
