Firstly we need to understand your individual needs. Give us a call to establish first base. We need to know exactly how much material is required to complete your job. Without this information we won't know if any of our discounted stock lines will do the job. If you're local we can come and give you a professional measure and quote. If you're a long way away then maybe you can fax or email us a plan or even a mud map and we can help you figure it out and get the ball rolling. To secure any lot or order we require a 50% deposit to cover some of the costs of materials with the 50% balance due on the day of installation. For supply only sales delivery can be arranged. Payments may be made by cash, eftpos, direct deposit or credit card. We will allways do a deal for cash on floor stock. Deposits are transferable but not refundable. We can hold stock for you for 30 days free of charge. This is a little different to the normal procedure, but we are not your normal carpet store. We would like your whole experience with us to be a pleasure with no stress and huge savings wherever possible.
