TO CUT A LONG & PAINFULL STORY SHORT - TELSTRA, ALTHOUGH EXPENSIVE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL & USER FRIENDLY THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE DEBARKLE - BOTH AAPT & OPTUS WERE (& CONTINUE TO BE) NON NEGOTIABLE ARSEHOLES WHO WILL NOT LISTEN, ARE AT TIMES IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT & TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR RESPECTIVE SHORTCOMINGS & FAILURES TO HONOR THEIR CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS. Something you all out there should know about. - In 2006 I purchased a new Proton motor vehicle from a car dealer in Gosford / Central Coast. Never in all my years in business have I experienced (or even heard about) such an appalling lack of service &/or customer respect. This disgusting behaviour is not only common place in this dealership but was also evident in the treatment I received from the head office of Proton Australia. If you are thinking about buying one - think again !!! THANK GOD ! APRIL 2009 & THE VERY CUTE BUT VERY PROBLEMATIC PROTON WAS REPLACED - YAHOOOO.
